About you:

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our company and provide essential administrative support across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist multiple departments with day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing orders, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and files, and assist with the preparation of documentation packs.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multi-departmental environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.
