Based at the prestigious Armstrong Works (also known as the ‘Vickers Tank Factory’), our comprehensive programmes equip you with the crucial skills and knowledge necessary for excellence, regardless of which apprenticeship path you follow. We collaborate with local colleges and training providers to deliver a tailored apprenticeship programme that actively develops and shapes the next generation of engineering professionals. With a role at Responsive Engineering, you’ll contribute to national and international critical industries including defence, power and transport.
We are proud to have a dedicated, EAL-accredited engineering and welding training centre on-site. This allows our Learning and Development team to provide employees with industry-standard qualifications, including NVQs, specifically designed to meet our business requirements. These qualifications are delivered by our expert training staff and supported by our experienced workforce, ensuring the comprehensive development of our colleagues.
